DUT Boards are printed circuit boards used for the testing semiconductor IC’s. At M&M Specialties, our PCB design group designs and builds various Test Interface Units (TIU’s). Engineering bench boards are used in multi-gigabit SerDes, PCI Express, DDR interface, SAS/SATA, USB, and for various RF applications.

M&M’s design facility is based in the United States, with Cadence Allegro and Mentor Graphics Pads designers at your disposal. While the majority of today’s design firms are based offshore, we choose to have our design team located in-house.

Test engineers need quality ATE Load Boards to search for device-specific products to meet their testing needs. M&M designs and builds custom ATE Load Boards for testing semiconductor IC’s.

Because M&M is a domestic-based design firm, we have a full staff of knowledgeable, experienced designers and engineers on hand to answer any questions you have about ATE Load Boards. Unlike other companies, we are able to provide information based on our years of experience. If required, we provide Signal Integrity (SI) simulation for both DUT and ATE boards.

With the speed of semiconductors increasingly approaching the 10gb level and beyond, the connection between your device and PCB is critical. Our Test Sockets and Test Contactors are used to interface your IC device directly to your DUT or load board. M&M designs and manufactures customized, high-performance Test Sockets and Test Contactors that can be used to test semiconductor IC’s.

M&M offers fast and personal customer service. We operate a full machine shop within our Tempe, AZ facility, so if delivery is critical, we can expedite the build of your sockets to meet your schedule.
